Shipping and returns

Shipping

I ship within the United States only.

Shipping is a flat rate of $4.95 per order, and free on orders of $70 or more.

Pieces in stock ship within 1 to 2 business days. Custom sizes and custom designs are made to order, and I will confirm the timing with you when you order.

Returns

If you are not happy with your piece, you may return it within 14 days of delivery. Pieces must be unworn and in their original condition and packaging. I may decline a return that shows signs of wear.

Please email claudia@readysweetie.com before sending anything back, so I can give you the return address.

Return postage is paid by the customer. Once I receive the piece, I will refund the item price to your original payment method. The original shipping charge is not refundable.

Size exchanges

If your bracelet does not fit, I will exchange it once for a different size, subject to availability. You pay postage to return it, and I will ship the replacement free of charge.

Custom orders

Custom sizes and designs are made especially for you and cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.

Faulty or damaged pieces

If your piece arrives damaged or develops a fault through normal use, please email me within 30 days of delivery with a photograph. I will repair, replace or refund it, including postage.
